December 2022 through March 2023 is available for just $2350 per month + 12% State/County Sales/Bed tax + $75 cleaning fee. April 2022 – November 2022 is only $1800 per month +12% State/County Sales/Bed tax + $75 cleaning fee.
Additionally, at the moment (1/25/22) restaurants, golf courses etc. are open. Sun is shining most days and by December we’ll be in our dry season so lots of sun and WARMER than our northern states. Come on down, but book soon.
