Remote support utilizes the Internet and a small piece of software to allow a technician located somewhere in the world to look at and make necessary changes to your computer in order to fix a problem. I use software called Teamviewer. If you would like to have me fix your computer remotely, click on the link here TEAMVIEWER it will initiate a download and installation of the remote control software. I am notified that you have opened a support ticket. When I accept the request a button will appear on your screen that says allow remote control. After the connection is made I can open a chat window and if necessary a phone call. I accept credit cards.
